HOW FLOWD IS HELPING NOOSA RESORTS

Noosa resorts have adopted an innovative and cost-effective water conservation strategy by implementing a cutting-edge smart water metering solution, locally developed within the Noosa Shire. This pioneering solution, known as “FLOWD Sustainable Water Management,” serves as a vital tool for tracking water consumption and swiftly identifying potential water leakages.

The functionality of this application is based on the integration of intelligent water metering devices with pre-existing water meters. These devices efficiently transmit water usage data over the internet, making this information readily accessible to customers through a user-friendly web-based application that can be accessed on any internet-enabled device.

This user-friendly platform empowers customers to effortlessly monitor their water usage patterns and, more crucially, receive automatic alerts in the event of water leaks or any concerning spikes in water consumption. By doing so, the FLOWD Sustainable Water Management application not only contributes to substantial water conservation but also delivers substantial financial savings for Noosa resorts.
